Salem Shorties Toe Up Socks Knitting Pattern - Digital Download

These shortie socks were knitted all over Salem using a special Samhain colorway, so here’s a little tribute to the Witch City.

This is a simple pair of shortie socks worked from the toe-up! Pick your size based on the foot circumference, you’ll be able to adjust the length to fit your foot. 

The heel construction gives you a gusset without the trouble of picking up stitches along the heel flap, and the ribbed fabric makes the fit extra cozy. Hand knit socks are the best!

SIZES:            
1 (2, 3, 4)
Finished foot circumference: 7 (8, 9, 10)”/ 20 (22.5) cm

Recommended ease: 0-1” (0-2.5 cm) of negative ease.

YARN:
1 skein of Toil & Trouble Classic

NEEDLES:
Gauge needle: 
US 1 (2.25 mm) double pointed needles, or 32-40” 
(80-100 cm)  circular needles for magic loop

GAUGE:
32 sts x 48 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette st in the round.
