The yarn:

Each kit comes with a palette of 7 colors of Berroco Vintage paired with 5 skeins of a neutral colorway.

Berroco Vintage is a great workhorse yarn. Enough wool for that cozy wool feel, and no "squeak" from the synthetic content. This yarn wears very well and can be machine washed. 

Each skein is 218 yards, 52% acrylic, 40% wool, 8% nylon.
